When booking your try-on appointment, you will be charged a fee of €15. This €15 is refundable if you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment start time. If you cancel within the 48 hour time frame, your appointment fee will not be refunded. This €15 fee gets you a 30 minute appointment slot with a member of our team on hand to help you out! It also covers any Dry-cleaning or zip repairs that may be required after your appointment. The appointment fee is not redeemable on rental bookings.
